How do I disable the Ctrl-Q desktop keyboard combination??

For some time I have been having a very frustrating problem with Konqueror.
Namely while I am creating a wonderful and long thought out reply to a forum
post (entering text into an HTML form box), Konqueror just decides to up and
quit on me. Neccesitating that I start my composition all over again.

Till now I have not been able to figure out why. Today I came on what may be
the answer.

The Ctrl-Q keyboard combination closes Konqueror or any other active window I
happen to be in. I may be accidentally pressing this combination. Not sure
about this but in an effort to track this problem down I would like to
disable this keyboard combination.

Yet it does NOT appear anywhere in the list of desktop keyboard shortcuts (for
KDE 3.1.0). Is there any way to disable this or any other keyboard shortcut
that does NOT appear inside the desktop keyboard shortcuts?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a suspicion that I have not yet
found the shortcut that may be causing me a problem yet.

Carlos

Here on KDE3.1.1, which should have the same Control Center, it is on the
third tab of the keyboard shortcut settings, section "File"

Thanks Kevin. Boy do I need KDE glasses or what :). I see now that I was
only looking at the Global shortcuts tab and did not even realize that there
were other tabs of keyboard shortcuts.

Now I can start tracking down that Konqueror quirk in earnest.
